IPC Section 379 in Hindi – यदि कोई, चोरी करेगा वह दोषी करार दिए जाने पर तीन वर्ष तक के कारावास से या जुर्माने से या दोनों से दण्डित किया जाएगा। संज्ञेय अपराध होने के कारण पुलिस इसपर तुरंत संज्ञान ले कर आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर सकती है और इस धारा के गैर-जमानती होने के कारण इस मामले में तुरंत जमानत नहीं मिलती है। यह धारा समझौतावादी है, अगर सम्पति या वस्तु का मालिक चाहे तो समझौता कर मामले को निपटाया जा सकता है।

आईपीसी धारा 379 की सजा और जमानत

1. अपराधी को दंड के रूप में 03 साल तक की कैद या जुर्माने से या दोनों की सजा दी जा सकती है।
2. यह गैर-जमानती, संज्ञेय अपराध है और अदालत द्वारा माना जाता है और यह अपराध समझौता करने लायक है।

IPC Section 379 in English – Punishment for theft- Whoever commits theft shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both.

IPC 379 Punishment & Bail

1. The criminal can be given 03 years of imprisonment as a punishment.
